During the reggae festival Rotrock in Landskrona on August fifth, 2006, Emil and Alexander (Caustic) were rapping onstage and got taken to the court because of an hate speech :
"Alla i Landskrona hatar poliser och vi ska starta krig mot snuten" (Everybody in Landskrona hates the police, and we will start a war against the cops)

However, it didn't make the guys stop expressing themselves! Caustic said he was going to write similar things again if he wanted to. In fact, both guys think that this accusation has just been positive for them. Their album has been downloaded 20 000 times after the events, which would never have happened otherwise, according to Alexander.

Caustic was confident they were going to win and, hopefully, he was right. After proceedings that lasted less than an hour (on April 2007 at Lund District Court), the charges have been abandoned.
